Payment By Mail

 Please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, make sure your payment is in the office by the 12th of the month.

AutoPay

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. Sign up in the Customer Portal. With this service, your monthly bill is automatically deducted on the due date and credited to your account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment when using your bank routing number and account number. Convenience fees will be applied if using a credit or debit card. If you would like our office to handle it, simply download and fill out the AutoPay Form located in the Forms & Reports Section at the top of this page. The form may be dropped off, faxed, emailed, or mailed to our office, along with a voided check. 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office. We accept cash, check, or credit card. A secure drop box is available for payments made after hours. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Since the bank will mail us a physical check, payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
